When Edgewood came to Paskill to redesign their website, we knew we needed to prioritize the user experience to support student recruitment. That meant focusing on a more streamlined navigation and showcasing Edgewood’s core values and offerings.

Better design, better functionality, better experience

Our goal was to help students and prospects more easily access information about academic programs, career development resources, and Edgewood’s vibrant campus life. Together, this information builds a case for why Edgewood is the right choice for students.

We wanted to introduce a design that was modern and clean and fostered trust and credibility. Thoughtful design elements helped us make the site visually engaging while remaining functional. This helps students and prospects find what they need quickly and efficiently.

An institution’s on-campus resources can make or break the student experience, especially with more students looking to colleges to provide mental health resources. We made sure to prominently display detailed information on housing, wellness, and student life. Current students can find the resources they need, and it shows prospects that Edgewood cares about providing a good student experience.

Besides getting a sense of student life, we wanted prospects and families to experience the Edgewood campus from home. We created an interactive, custom-illustrated campus map with embedded video.

It’s important to Edgewood that students plan for their life and career after graduation. The institution uses the Handshake career portal to give students and prospects access to job and internship opportunities. We made sure this feature was fully integrated for a seamless user experience.
