The advertising industry has historically seen a higher number of male creative directors. Not the case for Paskill where Mary Pedersen leads a large team of creative strategists, writers and visual content producers to ensure results-focused, innovative solutions. She has a passion for pushing the boundaries of imagination, challenging strategists for insights and employing new technology in unexpected ways.

Mary’s diverse portfolio includes overseeing higher ed work like award-winning brand campaigns, logo designs, creative materials and website overhauls for institutions like Point Park University, United States Coast Guard Academy, Lehigh Carbon Community College and Spelman College to name a few. She also teaches communication design at the collegiate level at institutions like Messiah University, Harrisburg Area Community College and her alma mater, Kutztown University. Her students have also received international and national design awards for the work they’ve done in her class, including Graphis, ADDYs and Adobe Design Awards.
