Struggles to meet enrollment goals is a common challenge in higher education. Competition, increased operational costs, and a lack of internal bandwidth and expertise can make it impossible to invest in the needed engagement strategies.

Goldey-Beacom College (GBC) engaged Paskill in 2022 to help create an enrollment growth strategy. What followed was a multi-year partnership that saw Paskill evolve from vendor to a fully integrated extension of the GBC team.

The engagement began with a thorough discovery process that informed an initial campaign and creative refresh. While these efforts brought GBC steadily improving enrollment numbers, internally their team struggled to meet the demands of a full enrollment marketing campaign.

To offer further support, the Paskill team began working closely with GBC’s enrollment office to shoulder much of this workload. As a full-service agency, Paskill was able to meet GBC’s various creative and technical needs without having to outsource work to multiple vendors. This work touched every stage of the enrollment funnel, including:

  • Developing new creative and communication flows
  • Implementing new communication flows directly into the CRM
  • A website redesign
  • Paid media campaigns
  • Monitoring application and enrollment numbers

This monitoring allowed Paskill to immediately identify successes and gaps within campaigns and respond to them in real time through new messaging or media placements.

GBC saw the following growth between 2022-2024:

  • 95% increase in applications
  • 106% increase in acceptance
  • 49% increase in deposits
  • 55% increase in new student enrollment

By investing in strategic communication efforts, improving recruiting techniques, expanding their workforce, and cultivating a greater synergy between internal and external partners, GBC saw the benefits of fully investing in an integrated enrollment marketing strategy.
